    As we use DHL as our courier, we are unable to ship on weekends and public holidays.

    All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes.

  • 【Customs terms of trade(Incoterms)

    Regarding Customs terms of trade, our products are shipped on FOB (Free on Board) terms.
    This means that we bear the costs and risks associated with the goods up to the point of loading onto the aircraft.
    However, all subsequent risks, including customs duties, import taxes, and loss, become the customer's responsibility.
    Customs duties and taxes incurred upon importation must be paid by the customer. These charges will be levied by the local customs authorities or the delivery carrier at the time of delivery.

 

Returns and Exchanges Policy

We DO NOT ACCEPT returns or exchanges due to customer convenience such as differences in image or size.

Please check the size chart on the product page before purchasing.
If you have any questions regarding sizing or similar matters, please enquire before making your purchase.

 

Damages and issues
After receiving your goods, please ensure you check your goods.
Should the goods arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
Please notify us within three days, including the delivery completion date, as shown on the DHL tracking data.
Please note that we cannot assist with issues reported after this period.
We will take appropriate action once the problem has been confirmed.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
